Raul Rodriguez was born and raised in Miami, immersed in boating from childhood. His father founded Avanti Powerboats, a respected Miami-based manufacturer known for its high-performance 25′, 33′, and 42′ center consoles.
Raul grew up walking the factory floor, learning hull design, rigging, and performance — the details that separate an average boat from a great one.
At just 22 years old, right out of high school, Raul founded Lifestyle Marine with a simple mission: help people buy and sell boats the right way, with transparency, expertise, and a true understanding of the marine lifestyle.
Building a Team Around a Shared Passion
As Lifestyle Marine grew, Matheus Porto joined as Co-Owner, bringing his own lifelong connection to boating — on the water since age four, and with 15 years of hands-on experience buying and selling boats across a global perspective shaped by living in seven countries.
Together, Raul and Matheus expanded Lifestyle Marine from a single broker’s mission into a full-service brokerage covering yacht sales, financing, export assistance, service coordination, and yacht management.
